かつて流れる電流と前記放電ランプから前記電源
に向かつて流れる電流との差を検出する漏電検出
回路と、この漏電検出回路に接続され所定値以上
に漏電を検出した時前記半導体スイツチング素子
の駆動を停止する漏電発生制御回路を有すること
