Claims (1)
熱部が形成され、発熱部の両端に外方に一体に突
設したアーム部が形成され、各アームの先端に電
極が設けられていることを特徴とする積層用発熱
体。 ２ 請求項１記載の構造を有する発熱体の上下に
耐火絶縁材を設けた単位発熱素子を複数枚積層し
てなる多段型電気炉。 ３ 請求項１記載の発熱体と耐火絶縁材とを組合
わせた２種以上の厚さを有する単位発熱素子によ
り構成したことを特徴とする多段型電気炉。 ４ 請求項１記載の発熱体と耐火絶縁材とを組合
わせた単位発熱素子間に反射板を介在させて積層
したことを特徴とする多段型電気炉。 ５ 請求項１記載の発熱体と耐火絶縁材とを組合
わせた単位発熱素子に冷却手段を有する層を積層
