Claims (1)
発光エネルギーを供給する主コンデンサと、当該
主コンデンサを充電する充電回路とを備えてなり
、 前記充電回路は、前記主コンデンサの充電電圧
を検出する電圧検出器と、この電圧検出器よりの
検出信号と基準電圧信号とを比較して前記主コン
デンサの充電電圧を基準電圧信号に対応する設定
値に一定化する出力信号を発生する充電電圧比較
回路と、この充電電圧比較回路よりの出力信号に
基づいて充電動作を制御する制御回路と、前記フ
ラツシユランプの光を検出する光センサよりの検
出信号に対応するデジタル信号を発生する光量信
号発生回路と、この光量信号発生回路よりのデジ
タル信号が予め設定された光量基準値より小さい
ときにレベルシフト信号を発生する光量制御回路
と、この光量制御回路よりのレベルシフト信号に
基づいて前記充電電圧比較回路の基準電圧信号の
レベルをシフトさせて前記主コンデンサの充電電
圧の設定値を増加させる基準電圧調整回路とを備
えてなることを特徴とする露光用フラツシユラン
