て、検知手段は、転写シート搬送路を開放する方
向に回動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする
画像形成装置。 (2) 検知手段は回動可能な取り付け板に取り付
けられ、取り付け板は付勢手段によつて一方向に
付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載
の画像形成装置。 (3) 検知手段が取り付けられる取り付け板の下
面が転写シート搬送路の一部を規定することを特
