Claims (1)

続する高圧側アキユムレータと低圧側アキユムレ
ータとにより、減速時に回収したブレーキエネル
ギを走行エネルギとして再生するブレーキエネル
ギ回生装置において、車速を検出する手段と、エ
ンジン回転数を検出する手段と、燃料噴射ポンプ
のコントロールレバー位置を検出する手段と、前
記高圧側および低圧側のアキユムレータの圧力を
検出する手段と、これらの検出値に基づいてエン
ジンの要求トルクと前記ポンプモータの駆動可能
トルクとを演算し両トルクを比較する手段とを設
け、この比較に応じて定常走行時に前記駆動可能
トルクが要求トルクよりも大きいときは、ポンプ
モータの駆動力により走行するように要求トルク
と前記両アキユムレータの圧力差に応じてポンプ
モータの斜板角を制御しかつエンジンクラツチを
断し燃料噴射をカツトする第1の制御手段と、定
常走行時に前記駆動可能トルクが要求トルクより
も小さいときは、エンジンの出力を併用するよう
にエンジンクラツチを接続し要求トルクと駆動可
能トルクの差に応じて燃料噴射量を制御する第2
の制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とするブレーキ
