図面は本考案金型装置の実施例を示し、第１図
は型開き状態で分割型部がその上昇限まで突出し
ている状態を示す要部の断面図、第２図は第１図
の―線拡大断面図、第３図は分割型部が天側
可動中子に係合された状態を示す要部の断面図、
第４図は分割型部が天側可動中子により所定量下
降されて型締めが終了した状態を示す要部の断面
図、第５図は他の実施例を示す要部の断面図であ
る。 尚、図中、Ａ：装置本体、１：固定金型、２：
可動金型、３：天側可動中子、４：地側可動中子
、５：分割型部、１０：弾圧スプリング。

Claims (1)
- 装置本体の地側に組込まれ、中子入り動作限に
て対向関係にある装置本体の一部分に衝合せしめ
てキヤビテイを構成する地側可動中子を備えた金
型装置に於いて、衝合関係にある前記地側可動中
子の型部分を分割せしめてその分割型部を地側可
動中子に上下動自在に組込むと共に、該分割型部
をその上昇方向へ弾圧保持する弾圧スプリングを
前記地側可動中子の内部に組込み介在し、該弾圧
スプリングに反して分割型部をその上昇限から装
置本体の前記一部分への衝合により設定量下降さ
せることによりキヤビテイを構成する様にし、且
つ前記分割型部にその上昇限にてキヤビテイの外
部に通じる水抜き溝を形成したことを特徴とする
金型装置。
