の付勢手段の付勢力に抗して駆動歯車と従動歯車
とを離脱状態に保持できるように回動体を反回転
軸側に押圧しかつ離脱状態において回動体の回転
を阻止する解放係止手段とを設け、 前記開放係止手段の作動中に前記回転軸を進動
または遅動させることによつてノツクアウトタイ
ミングの調整ができるよう構成したことを特徴と
