Claims (1)
- シリンダ底部にロツドを立設し、該ロツドの先
端に先端部材を形成すると共に、前記シリンダ内
に、先端に押圧爪を有する中空のピストンを、ロ
ツドと先端部材の外周面及びシリンダの内周面に
それぞれ摺動自在に嵌合し、シリンダ内部及びピ
ストン内部に形成された室に流体を流出入させる
ことにより、前記ピストンを作動させる流体シリ
ンダ装置。
