Abstract

PURPOSE:To replenish toner and to prevent the toner from scattering with a simple operation by making plural string members pass through small holes formed in the center of the upper part and the bottom part of a toner box so that they are inserted into the toner box and drawing them out to the outside through a ring member and the small holes. CONSTITUTION:Four string members are tied to an open ring 11 in the center of the upper part of the toner box. The strings penetrate the small hole 3a on the upper part and pass through a terminal ring 13 on the upper surface of the bottom part and the small hole 3b on the back surface of the bottom part. Then, they respectively extend toward four corners one by one, pass through the small holes 3c-3f and enter the box 3 again and they are tied to the terminal ring 13 in the center of the bottom part. By pulling the ring 11 on the upper part of the toner box, tension acts on the string members 12a-12d and the bottom part of the box is torn toward the center from the four corners, whereas the toner housed inside all drops.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, in a dry type developing device that stores and replenishes toner in a toner replenishment container, an opening having a shape that fits the toner replenishment opening of a toner box is covered with an unsealable member.
A drawstring is locked to the unsealing member, and the drawstring is fixed by a pull fixing means in the toner storage state, thereby sealing the opening with the unsealing member, and fixing the toner supply container in an inverted state. A toner replenishing container is known in which the opening member is opened and toner is replenished by removing the means and loosening the drawstring.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional technology, the toner supply container must first be turned upside down and the fixing member at the bottom must be peeled off. At this time, the string is pulled and loosens, causing the toner to spill out. Furthermore, since the bottom of the toner replenishing port is opened at the top of the toner replenishing port to replenish the toner, there is a problem that the toner may scatter around the toner.

(Example) A detailed description will be given based on the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. There is a release ring 11 approximately in the center of the upper exterior of the toner box 3, and four string members are tied to it.

Next, the effect will be explained. When the release ring 11 at the top of the toner box 3 is pulled, the force is applied to the string members 12a, 1
2b, 12c, and 12d, and if the tension exceeds a certain limit, the bottom of the box will be torn from the four corners toward the center due to the tension of the string member.

Due to the presence of the terminal ring 13 in the center of the bottom, the tension of the tension ring is distributed in all directions, and breakage occurs from the periphery. When the breakage is completed, the bottom member of the toner box becomes as shown in FIG. 4, and all the toner contained therein falls out. When the release ring is pulled all at once, the terminal ring 13 hits the ceiling of the box and acts as a stopper for the string, indicating to the operator that enough paper has been pulled.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment, in which the bottom members 3g and 3h in FIG. 4 have less hanging. Whether the fracture is in an X-shape as shown in Figure 2 or a 7-shape combined as in Figure 5, this can be achieved by making that part a little weaker than the other parts. For example, the toner box 3 is made of slightly thick paper (in FIG. 2, each folded part is made into a triangular shape, and in FIG. 5, it is made into a trapezoid and a triangular shape), and the bottom part is made of a double structure with thinner paper pasted. Since the paper is thin at the part to be torn, it will easily break at that part.
