Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the construction property and reduce the construction cost by connecting and fixing both ends of a floor plate segment at the center section of tunnels to the inner periphery segment of a lower tunnel and the inner peripheral segment of an upper tunnel respectively. CONSTITUTION:An upper tunnel A and a lower tunnel B are concurrently drilled in parallel by a shield drilling machine. The inner periphery segment 2 of the tunnel B and a floor plate segment 3 forming a ceiling section are first assembled, and the inner periphery segments 1 and 1' of the tunnel A are assembled on the segments 2 and 3 at the delay of one ring or 1.5 rings. The segments 1 and 2 are connected and fixed to the segment 3. The upper and lower tunnels are concurrently assembled in parallel, the construction property is improved, and the construction cost can be reduced.

(Conventional technology) Conventionally, when building railway tunnels, etc. using the shield method, if the +11 double track cross section is made into a single circle shape, the excavation cross section becomes large, creating wasted space inside the cavity, and increasing construction costs. However, there are disadvantages in terms of economy.

(:1) In this case, instead of making the cross section of the double track a single circle, if tunnels with a single track cross section are installed horizontally in parallel,
The width of underground occupancy becomes wider, and the occupancy fee becomes higher. Furthermore, if the site is subject to land constraints, such as under a narrow road, compensation costs will be high and construction costs will increase.

For this reason, when assembling the segments, it is necessary to carry out continuous work from the lower tunnel segment to the floor slab segment and then to the upper tunnel segment, which poses a problem in that a large amount of time is required to assemble the segments.

(Function) Since the upper and lower type polycircular shield tunnel according to the present invention is configured as described above, the segments of the upper and lower tunnels can be assembled simultaneously, and both ends of the inner circumferential segment of the upper tunnel and the inner circumferential segment of the lower tunnel can be assembled simultaneously. The deck segment, which is connected and fixed to the upper and lower sections, supports the upper and lower tunnel segments against the earth pressure and water pressure that act on the sides of the upper and lower multi-turn shield tunnel, and provides one support for the lateral earth pressure and water pressure. The generated cross-sectional force of the lower tunnel segment is kept small.

When assembling the segments, first assemble the inner peripheral segment (2) of the lower tunnel (B) and the floor slab segment that forms the ceiling, and then assemble the inner segment of the upper tunnel (A) one ring to 1.5 rings later. A circumferential segment (1)n) is assembled on each said segment 1(3) of the already assembled lower tunnel (8). The assembly of the upper and lower tunnel segments is therefore carried out simultaneously.

Note that the shape of the segments and the method of connecting them to each other do not need to be a special structure, and any conventional type may be used as long as the inner circumference of the tunnel can be lined and the segments can be firmly connected. , and the segment may be either a concrete segment or a steel segment.

It is extremely difficult to mechanically excavate with a shield excavator with this part left in place. Further, excessive cross-sectional force is concentrated in the arc-shaped segment near the connection with the floor slab segment (3), and this portion becomes a structural weak point.

Therefore, by structurally connecting parts (1^) (2^) of each segment of the upper tunnel (A) and lower tunnel (B), the transmission of stress from the upper tunnel segment to the lower segment can be prevented. By performing this smoothly, the structure as a whole can be made stable.

(Effects of the Invention) In the upper and lower type polycircular shield tunnel according to the present invention, since the floor slab segment located at the center of the tunnel is connected and fixed to the inner peripheral segment of each of the upper and lower tunnels, each segment of the upper and lower tunnels is It can be assembled simultaneously and in parallel in almost the same way as a conventional single circular tunnel, and the segments can be connected using conventionally known methods, so it can be covered at the same speed as a single circular tunnel. Construction work was carried out, and the workability was significantly improved.
1 time is shortened and the construction cost is reduced by 1IIfIi.

In addition, the erection work of the lower tunnel segments can be performed at a position that precedes the assembly position of the upper tunnel segments, so that the assembly work of the upper tunnel segments does not affect the assembly work of the lower tunnel segments. This improves construction safety.

Furthermore, the assembly work of one tunnel segment can be carried out independently in a space protected by the deck segment and the shield excavator, thereby improving the safety of the construction work.

Furthermore, the deck segment supports the upper and lower tunnel segments against the earth pressure and water pressure that act on the sides of the upper and lower multi-circular shield tunnel, and protects the upper and lower tunnel segments against the soil pressure and water pressure. This is advantageous in terms of structure because the cross-sectional force can be suppressed to a small level.
