りコイルに発生する電圧パルスとしたことを特徴
とする流量発信器。 2 発信器と磁気センサとの間に保磁力の小さい
棒状継鉄を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記
載の流量発信器。 3 発信磁石を周上に複数の磁極を有する円環状
体とし、該円環状体を回転子と同心に回転子端面
と同一面に埋設したことを特徴とする請求項第1
項又は第2項記載の流量発信器。 4 磁気センサを複数とし、これらを発信磁石の
