Claims (1)
内に流量に比例して回転する非磁性体の回転子端
面に発信磁石を埋設し、該発信磁石に対向して配
設した磁気センサより前記回転子の回転に応じて
流量信号を発信する流量発信器であつて、前記磁
気センサををアモルフアス金属繊維と該アモルフ
アス金属繊維上に巻回したコイルとで構成し、流
量信号を該磁気センサのバルクハウゼン効果によ
りコイルに発生する電圧パルスとしたことを特徴
とする流量発信器。 2 発信器と磁気センサとの間に保磁力の小さい
棒状継鉄を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記
載の流量発信器。 3 発信磁石を周上に複数の磁極を有する円環状
体とし、該円環状体を回転子と同心に回転子端面
と同一面に埋設したことを特徴とする請求項第1
