- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ軸方向とＹ軸方向にスライド可能なテーブル
を設けた基準面板と、対象物の内外径を計測する
芯計測センサを回転させる機能と、Ｚ軸方向にス
ライド可能な計測ヘツド部と、前記基準面板の荷
重を支持する台車部とよりなる計測装置において
、 前記台車部の支点から球面座形状をした荷重支
持体を介して支持されている前記基準面板上に、
芯計測センサを前記Ｚ軸方向と回転方向に移動で
きる前記計測ヘツド部を固定したＸ軸方向スライ
ドテーブルとＹ軸方向スライドテーブルを重ねた
ことを特徴とする自動芯出し計測装置。
