Claims (1)
- 電源からの出力電流を負荷側に向けて供給する
ための電力供給回路と、短絡による負荷側の電圧
変動を検出する電圧検出器と、前記検出器によつ
て検出信号が入力されるとセツト状態に切り替わ
り、電流遮断信号をＦＥＴのゲートに出力し短絡
が解除されるとリセツトパルスを発生させリセツ
ト状態になるフリツプフロツプと、前記フリツプ
フロツプによつてゲートを閉成して出力電流を遮
断するＦＥＴを備え、短絡が発生すると前記出力
電流の供給を遮断するようになつている電池パツ
クの短絡保護装置。
