Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ホルダー本体を具え、このホルダー本体が上
    面および下面と、これらの上下面の中間に位置す
    るデイスク支持表面とを有し、さらにホルダー本
    体がデイスクを保持するよう支持表面の外周に設
    けられた複数個の保持素子を有し、少なくとも１
    個の保持素子がホルダーに取付けられた弾性素子
    の作用に抗して支持表面に対して相対的に移動可
    能である円板形の書込み・読取り可能の情報デイ
    スクを受け入れるホルダーにおいて、可動保持素
    子をホルダー本体内に摺動可能の摺動部材上に設
    け、ホルダーに取付けられている弾性素子と協働
    するよう構成したことを特徴とする書込み・読取
    り可能のデイスクを保持するためのホルダー。 ２ ホルダーがその一側にグリツプ部を有し、こ
    のグリツプ部に隣接して弾性素子および可動保持
    素子を位置させたものにおいて、グリツプ部に連
    なるホルダー本体の一部に摺動部材をグリツプ部
    から遠去かる方向およびグリツプ部に向かう方向
    に移動可能に設けたことを特徴とする請求項１記
    載のホルダー。 ３ 支持表面にホルダー本体の２個の対向する周
    縁部分によつて画成される窪みを可動保持素子に
    近い位置で形成したものにおいて、摺動方向に見
    て、摺動部材の両側に突起を前記周縁部分と協働
    し得るよう設けたことを特徴とする請求項１また
    は２記載のホルダー。 ４ 摺動部材がホルダー本体の上面と下面との間
    に延在していることを特徴とする請求項１〜３の
    いずれか１項に記載のホルダー。 ５ 周縁部分が細長形状を有することを特徴とす
    る請求項３記載のホルダー。 ６ 摺動部材が弾性素子に結合するための結合素
    子を具えることを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいず
    れか１項記載のホルダー。 ７ 摺動部材が弾性素子と一体である請求項１〜
    ６のいずれか１項記載のホルダー。
