Claims (1)
- 三相交流電圧が入力する入力端に接続する三相
全波ブリツジ整流回路と、この三相全波ブリツジ
整流回路の出力端に接続する平滑回路と、平滑回
路の出力端に接続する出力制御部とを少くとも内
蔵するレーザ電源において、上記三相全波ブリツ
ジ整流回路の出力の正又は負電圧端子の一方を開
放可能とし、その開放された整流回路の出力端子
に接続されていた平滑回路を、外部より新たに追
加配線する中性点端子に接続できるよう切換回路
を設けたことを特徴とするレーザ電源。
