〔発明の技術分野〕
この発明は、特に比較的小物の被溶接物を対象

されている。また、被溶接物7に対応して治具8
の交換も通常必要であり、その作業は前記狭い溶
接室内におけるボルトの着脱によつてなされると
いう困難な作業であり、しかも、前記回転テーブ
ルが数種類準備されている場合には、これを交換
する必要もあり、この作業もまた前述同様に難作

この発明は、このような現状からなされたもの
であつて、被溶接物および溶接に供するテーブル
を載置するテーブルパレツトの下面にレールを設
け、該レールを溶接室内下蓋上に敷設したガイド
に沿つて移動させ得るようにすることによつて前
記テーブルパレツトを前記溶接室外に搬出可能に
して従来装置の欠点を除いた電子ビーム溶接装置
を提供することを目的としている。

れに沿つて移動自在に係合するレール16をその
下面に固設してあるテーブルパレツト14を前記
溶接室の後方に適宜に長く係合させてなるもの
で、前記パレツト上には治具8を介して被溶接物
7を装着し得る回転テーブル17が取付けられ
る。

きるから、その作業は容易、確実および迅速であ
つて、従来の狭い溶接室内における難作業から全
く解放されることになる。なお、第3図に添画し
てあるXY軸テーブル19のように50Kg以上もあ
るテーブルの交換は、従来溶接室内においては容
易でない上に危険作業であつたが、この発明によ
れば極めて簡単、かつ安全に行なえることは詳述
するまでもなく、また多種の被溶接物に対応する
治具の交換も前述と同様に容易、かつ迅速に行な

ク台21に旋回移動できるマニユピレータ20を
配設するもので、この種のマニユピレータは機能
が単純であつて比較的安価に導入できる。該マニ
ユピレータの旋回動作Pおよび垂直ストローク動
作Qによつて、前記ストツク台から治具8に被溶
接物7を正確に位置決めでき(第5および6図)、
つぎに前記マニユピレータの水平ストローク動作
Rによつて該被溶接物をテーブルパレツト14と
ともに溶接室12内の正規位置まで移動させる
(第6図)という自動化が果される。さらに、図
示しないが、下蓋13の下部に電動機等アクチユ
エータを装置してラツクピニオンを介してテーブ
ルパレツト14の移動々作の自動化もでき、また
扉18の開閉動作の自動化も同様にできるなど、
この発明に係る溶接装置の自動化は従来装置より
