レジスト材３で被覆した導電性を有する下地被膜
２の残余の面上に導電性のメツキ層４を積層させ
てコイル５を設け、このコイル５以外のレジスト
材３並びに下地皮膜２をエツチングで除去させた
凹部に強磁性材６を形成してローター側Ｒ、ステ
