する空気分散器と、ブロアと該空気分散器及び前
記バーナ装置とを接続する分岐した空気回路と、
該回路の分岐部に設けた切換バルブと、前記空気
分散器付近に設けた温度センサからの信号に基づ
き、捕集時は切換バルブを前記空気分散器側に切
換えてフイルタ中心部の捕集密度を下げ、再生時
は切換バルブを前記空気分散器及びバーナ装置の
両者側に切換えてフイルタ前面中心部の温度を下
げるように制御するコントローラを設けたことを
