Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状のケース本体と、ケース本体の底部
    に固定されたホルダと、ホルダを介してケース本
    体内と外部を連通させ内部を流体が流れるパイプ
    と、ケース本体の上部に取り付けられ、不活性ガ
    ス導入孔を有するエンドプレートと、エンドプレ
    ートに一端が取り付けられ、ケース本体内で膨張
    ・収縮する金属ベローズとを備え、エンドプレー
    トはケース本体に取外し自在に取り付けられてい
    ることを特徴とするベローズアキユムレータ。 (2) エンドプレートがケース本体に螺合してい
    ることを特徴とする請求項１記載のベローズアキ
    ユムレータ。 (3) エンドプレートが、エンドプレートに設け
    られた突起と、ケース本体に設けられた溝の係合
    によつてケース本体に取り付けられる請求項１に
    記載のベローズアキユムレータ。
