とも表面が絶縁された絶縁基板と前記絶縁基板上
に前記透孔を横切るように設けられて前記透孔の
縁で前記絶縁基板に支持された陰極本体と前記陰
極本体に接続された非金属性導出端子とから成り
、前記陰極本体は帯状金属支持基体と前記金属支
持基体に成膜された陰極薄膜導体とから成り、且
つ前記陰極と前記制御電極とは熱絶縁スペーサを
介して熱的に分離して積層されていることを特徴
