- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポンプの上流側かつ上方の流路に蓋部を備
える浴水循環装置であつて、 ポンプの下流側に配設される吐出管の一部又は
全部が少なくとも上下方向の可撓性を有し、 前記吐出管の上死点が少なくとも前記ポンプよ
りも高い位置にある ことを特徴とする浴水循環装置。 (2) 請求項１に記載した浴水循環装置において
、前記蓋部が非締結状態であることを特徴とする
