Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軌道輪間のボール転走面の両側にそれぞれ
軸受シールと遮へい板を内側から順に設け、軸受
シールの表面層を弾性材で形成した玉軸受の自動
調心シール構造において、上記軸受シールの外側
面に円周上に連続して外方に向かつて突出するリ
ツプ片を形成し、遮へい板の内側面にはそのリツ
プ片と摺接する摺接面を設け、この摺接面とリツ
プ片の摺動部を、軸受中心を中心とする円弧の接
線方向に傾斜する傾斜面とすると共に、リツプ片
の摺動部の長さを、内輪と外輪の軸が最大に傾斜
した際の軸受シールの外側面と遮へい板の内側面
の間の距離より大きく設定したことを特徴とする
玉軸受の自動調心シール構造。 (2) 遮へい板の摺接面とリツプ片の摺動部の両
方又は一方を、軸受中心を中心とする球面とした
ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の玉軸受の自動
調心シール構造。
