形成するセラミツクフイルタにおいて、前記セラ
ミツク振動子を搭載する前記セラミツク板上には
んだパツドを被着し、前記はんだパツドと前記セ
ラミツク振動子を導電性接着剤により電気的に接
続させ、前記セラミツク振動子とセラミツク板と
の間に振動の逃げ部を形成することを特徴とする
