- 所定のガスイオン伝導性を有する固体電解質を
加熱して駆動されるガス濃度センサにおいて、セ
ンサエレメントを覆つて、多孔質焼結体よりなる
水滴防止壁を設けてなることを特徴とする水滴防
止壁付きガス濃度センサ。
