センサーで検出するようにした磁気式エンコーダ
において、磁気センサーと、該磁気センサーを保
持するセンサー保持部材とを具え、該センサー保
持部材に前記着磁ドラムを向く孔を穿設し、該孔
を介して外部に設けた流体供給装置からの流体を
流出することで、前記着磁ドラムの磁化部と前記
磁気センサーとの間に所定の間隙を形成すること
