Claims (1)
- 略中央部にスルホールを有した樹脂基板と、該
樹脂基板のスルホールに裏面が突出しない様に植
設された頂部に皿状部を有するピンと、該ピンの
皿状部に載置され樹脂基板に配線が施こされた発
光ダイオードと、少なくとも発光ダイオードを覆
う様に基板上に設けられた透光性の樹脂とを具備
した事を特徴とする発光ダイオード表示器。
