第2抵抗器が接続され、 上記第1抵抗器は正の温度係数をもつ感温抵抗
素子であつて、上記出力トランジスタと熱的に結
合されている電流増幅器。 (2) 出力段に出力トランジスタを用いた電流増
幅器において、 上記出力トランジスタのベースと直列に第1抵
抗器が接続され、 上記出力トランジスタのベース、エミツタ間に
第2抵抗器が接続され、 上記第2抵抗器は負の温度係数をもつ感温抵抗
素子であつて、上記出力トランジスタと熱的に結
合されている電流増幅器。
