Claims (1)

された弾性部材とを備え、 該弾性部材は送りネジの外周を囲繞する内部空
間と該内部空間の反移動部材側に位置し送りネジ
の外径と略同じ径をした挿通孔とを有し、 弾性部材の前記内部空間が減圧手段に接続され
た、 ことを特徴とするスライド機構。 (2) 直線方向へ延びるように設けられたガイド
レールと、 該ガイドレールに摺動自在に係合された被ガイ
ド部を有すると共に移動手段により移動される移
動部材と、 該移動部材の移動方向における被ガイド部の両
端面に取着された弾性部材とを備え、 該弾性部材は前記ガイドレールの外周又はその
一部を囲繞する内部空間と、該内部空間の反被ガ
イド部側に位置しガイドレールの断面形状と略同
じ断面形状をした挿通孔とを有し、 弾性部材の前記内部空間が減圧手段に接続され
