Claims (1)
内レールと、該案内レールの摺動溝にそれぞれ対
向する摺動溝を有して軸方向に相対移動可能に案
内レールに組つけられたスライダと、前記案内レ
ール及びスライダの対向した摺動溝間に摺動自在
に介装した円柱状摺動部材とを備えると共に、前
記摺動溝を横断面ゴシツクアーチ形状とした直動
案内軸受装置。 (2) 両側面に軸方向に延びた横断面円弧状の摺
動溝を複数本有して長く延びる案内レールと、該
案内レールの摺動溝に対向する摺動溝を有して軸
方向に相対移動可能に案内レールに組つけられた
スライダと、前記案内レール及びスライダの対向
した摺動溝間に摺動自在に介装した円柱状摺動部
材とを備えると共に、案内レールの摺動溝の中心
とスライダの摺動溝の中心とを正対位置より僅か
にオフセツトさせた直動案内軸受装置。 (3) 前記円柱状摺動部材を弾性変形しやすい断
面形状としたことを特徴とする請求項(1)又は(2)
記載の直動案内軸受装置。 (4) 前記円柱状摺動部材は、長さの短い複数個
の弾性摺動体であり、該弾性摺動体の間に、これ
