放電させる前記第1及び第2静電容量のそれぞれ
に対応した第1及び第2放電回路と、前記第1放
電回路を流れる第1放電電流と前記第2放電回路
を流れる第2放電電流との差に応じた計測信号を
出力する計測信号出力部と、前記充電回路と前記
両放電回路とを交互にかつ継続して駆動する電源
部とを備え、前記測定量を前記計測信号に変換す
る測定量変換器であつて、前記両静電容量のそれ
ぞれに付随する浮遊容量にもとづく前記測定量と
前記計測信号との間の直線性誤差を前記直線性誤
