Claims (1)
- 発熱プレート上に伏せられる覆い蓋２と、該覆
い蓋２と発熱プレート１とによつて囲まれた加熱
空間４内に蒸気発生用の水を供給する注水手段を
具備する食品蒸し焼き器に於いて、注水手段とし
て噴水ノズルを用いると共に、該噴水ノズルが発
熱プレート１の表面とほぼ平行になるようにした
食品蒸し焼き器。
