Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A pair of substrates, at least one of which is transparent, a pair of electrodes, at least one of which is transparent, formed on opposing surfaces of the pair of substrates, and a dispersion disposed between the pair of substrates. An electrophoretic display element comprising a medium and electrophoretic particles dispersed in the dispersion medium, wherein the dispersion medium contains a fluorescent colorant.
