Abstract

。また、二重構造の内部空間に断熱性のある充填材を封
入することによシ、製品外部表面への熱伝導を防止し、
洗浄槽の外槽を製品の外殻の一部として構成することが
でき、部品点数の削減や組み立て性、サービス性の向上
を図ることができる。
