In addition, collecting manure with a shovel or the like cannot completely remove it, which causes the inside of the cowshed to become unclean, causing foul odors and flies, causing environmental pollution problems. Furthermore, if the inside of the cowshed becomes unclean, it is bad for the health of the cows! ? There is also the problem that the mortality rate of calves increases due to the ammonia atmosphere caused by excreted urine.

In addition to this, χ = t L.It may be possible to wash away manure and urine using water, but this would leave the floor of the cowshed in constant demand, which would be a problem in terms of maintaining the health of the cows. Many problems arise. Furthermore, if wastewater generated from body washing is discharged as it is, it will cause river pollution. For this reason, the reality is that in conventional cowsheds, no attempt has been made to clean using water.

(Function) Manure excreted by livestock falls onto the permeable pavement. When cleaning water is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle, the feces is washed away by the water onto the conveyor device in the water collection groove, and some of the urine and washing water permeate through the permeable pavement and are also sent to the water collection groove. flow inside. Therefore, the surface of the permeable pavement is washed away by washing water.
1 has been thoroughly washed away, and when the spraying of the washing water is finished, the surface of the permeable pavement becomes almost dry due to its water-absorbing nature, which can cause foul odors and harm the health of livestock. In addition, since the collection of excreta is automatically done using running water and a conveyor device, there is no need for any labor for this purpose, resulting in significant labor savings.

It is. Although not shown, the water-permeable surface layer 13 is bonded to the water-permeable upper layer 12 by a water-permeable adhesive layer made of, for example, a thermoplastic resin emulsion. As a result of making the permeable pavement part 3 into such a structure, the water flowing on the surface of the permeable pavement part 3 permeates into the interior from the permeable surface layer 13, and this permeation into the improved ground 9 is blocked by the resin waterproof layer 10, and eventually , the water collection groove 4
The water flows into the lower part of the water collection groove 4 through a water flow vibrator 14 provided to penetrate the side wall of the water collection groove 4.

On the other hand, a cutter pump 15 is provided in the inflow tank 6 of the wastewater treatment device 5, and the conveyor device 7
The fibers contained in the feces collected inside are sent to the solid-liquid separator 16 without being shredded. Although not shown, the solid-liquid separator 16 has a structure that separates a mixed liquid of waste water and excrement into a fiber component and a liquid component by squeezing it on a filter net, for example, and only the liquid component is added with a purifying agent and then separated. It is sent to the aeration tank 17 of the stage. The cleaning agent to be added here is "Clean M" manufactured by Chemical Japan Co., Ltd., which is generally known as a synthetic detergent for commercial use.
Trademark) is most preferred. The aeration tank 17 is divided into three rooms,
The aeration process is repeated each time the waste liquid is transferred to each chamber, and then sent to the next-stage filtration tank 18. The filtration tank 18 is also divided into multiple chambers into which waste liquid sequentially flows, and the waste liquid is filtered through crushed stones or sand filled in each chamber. The wastewater treatment device 5, which is composed of the inflow tank 6, the solid-liquid separation device 16, the aeration tank 17, the filtration tank 18, etc., collects the mixed liquid of wastewater and excrement collected by the water collection groove 4 and the conveyor device 7. The waste water is purified by solid-liquid separation, and the purified water is sent into the water storage tank 19. This purified water is reused as washing water after adding a necessary amount of fresh well water. For this purpose, a water supply pipe 21 having a plurality of electromagnetic valves (not shown) is connected to the water supply pump 20. It is piped toward the 8 groups of cleaning nozzles, and forms a water supply device (R).

In this embodiment, the water supply pump 20 of the water supply device is operated for a fixed period of time at predetermined intervals, and at that time, by controlling the electromagnetic valve, a portion of the cleaning nozzle group 8 is sequentially activated. The reason for performing this kind of time-sharing control is
This is because the volume of the water collecting groove 4 can be made smaller than when water is jetted from all the cleaning nozzles 8 at once.

Now, when the cleaning water is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 8, the excrement excreted on the permeable pavement section 3 is washed down onto the conveyor device 7 in the water collection groove 4 by the force of the cleaning water. In addition, urine excreted by cows on the permeable pavement 3 immediately permeates into the permeable pavement 3 and heads toward the water collection groove 3, but the urine is diluted by the washing water that permeates the water-permeable pavement when the above-mentioned washing water is sprayed. The water flows from the inside of the section 3 through the water passage vibrator 14 and into the water collecting groove 4. Therefore, the surface and interior of the water-permeable pavement portion 3 are washed with the washing water and returned to a clean state. In addition, especially in this embodiment, since converter slag is mixed in the permeable upper layer 12 and the permeable filtration layer 11 of the permeable pavement section 3, the strong alkaline content of the converter slag exerts a bactericidal action, and the water is collected. The waste liquid collected in the groove 4 is in a sterilized state.

On the other hand, the wastewater that has fallen into the water collection groove 4 flows inside it,
It collects in the inflow tank 6 of the wastewater treatment device 5. In addition, excrement dropped onto the conveyor device 7 is also carried by the conveyor device 7 and thrown into the inflow tank 6. In this way, each time cleaning water is sprayed,
Since the excrement is automatically collected in the inflow tank 6, it becomes unnecessary for the operator to remove and clean the excrement one by one using a shovel or the like.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the excrement and urine excreted by the cows is washed away into the water collection groove 4 by the washing water periodically jetted from the washing nozzle 8, and the water collection groove 4 and the conveyor device 7 Since the wastewater is automatically collected in the inflow tank 6 of the wastewater treatment device 5, there is no need for the operator to remove manure from the floor of the cowshed and collect it in one place, which allows for significant labor savings compared to conventional methods. become. In addition, the permeable pavement section 3 where the cows are kept is washed clean with washing water, and its surface is kept clean and dry due to its water permeability.
There are no foul odors, flies or mosquitoes, and the environment in the cowshed is kept clean. In addition, although water is used for cleaning, the permeable pavement section 3 is normally dry, so there is no risk of the cow's feet or abdomen getting cold and damaging its health.
Of course, there is no fear that the health of the cows will be harmed by the ammonia atmosphere caused by excrement.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a water-permeable pavement section in a livestock rearing area, washes away excrement from livestock with water sprayed from a cleaning nozzle, and collects waste liquid through a water collection groove. It is unique in that the wastewater is subsequently purified and the purified water is circulated as cleaning water. As a result, the removal and collection of manure can be automated, resulting in significant labor savings, and the flushing method allows livestock rearing areas to be kept clean, preventing environmental pollution such as odors, flies, and mosquitoes. Moreover, even though it is a water-washing method, it quickly returns to a dry state due to the permeability of the water-permeable pavement, so you can maintain a clean atmosphere.
It has excellent effects such as making it possible to maintain the health of animals and livestock.
