素子の両端に接続されるコンデンサと抵抗と逆方
向に接続される一方向性素子とを含んで成る直列
回路と、この一方向性素子の両端に順方向に接続
される一方向性素子を介して接続される平滑用コ
ンデンサとを備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項
