Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) An upper gas chamber, an inlet, and a discharge port are formed by two diaphragms inside the casing, which has an inlet equipped with a check valve and an outlet with a smaller diameter than the inlet. The liquid chamber and the lower gas chamber are divided vertically into three levels, and the upper and lower gas chambers are communicated through an air flow path formed in the side wall of the casing, and is also formed in the center of the upper diaphragm.
