Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cold insulation sheet which holds an excellent cold insulating state by means of cold air of a water absorptive polymer accumulated during transport of foods by a method wherein a plurality of bag spaces are formed between a surface sheet material and a rear sheet material at intervals of a given time, and each bag space is filled with the water absorptive polymer. CONSTITUTION:A cold insulating sheet 4 is formed with a rear sheet material 5 on the rear side and a surface sheet material 6 on the surface side. The surface and rear sheet materials 6 and 5 are firmly sealed through an adhesion film 7, disposed at an intermediate part, by applying heat seal on a seal part C. A plurality of bag spaces K are formed in one row in the cod insulating sheet 4, and each space K is filled with a water absorptive polymer 9 and ceramic particles 10 capable of emitting far infrared rays. A substance, having water permeability, formed by laminating ester and polyethylene in a manner to form them in a netlike shape, is used as the rear sheet material 5, and the surface material 6 is formed by thermoplastic resin, e.g. nylon, and a substance having nonpermeability is used as the surface material sheet. The water absorptive polymer 9 is previously impregnated with water through the rear sheet material 5, and by performing cold insulation in a refrigerator, cold is accumulated in water and a food is placed thereon.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a cold insulation sheet with high seal strength and excellent design. , the gist of which is a cold insulating sheet that is placed inside a case for transporting meat, etc., and the cold insulating sheet consists of a backing sheet material on the back side made of a nonwoven fabric or the like having ventilation, water permeability, and non-woven fabric. The front sheet material made of breathable nylon or the like and the back side of the front sheet material break, become fluidized by applying heat, and soak into the back sheet material. An adhesive film capable of sealing the sheet material is provided, and is heat-sealed at predetermined intervals to form a plurality of bag spaces between the front sheet material and the back sheet material, and at least It is encapsulated with a water-absorbing polymer.

(Function) An adhesive film is disposed between the back sheet material and the front sheet material that make up the cold insulation sheet, and when heat sealing is performed at predetermined intervals to form bag spaces, the adhesive film is removed by heat sealing. It is activated to flow and soaks into the back sheet material, strongly integrating the back sheet material and front sheet material, resulting in extremely strong sealing performance. Furthermore, since a water-absorbing polymer is sealed in the bag space, water should be soaked into the bag space from the backing sheet material in advance so that the water-absorbing polymer is soaked with water, and then kept cool in a freezer or the like. As a result, the water contained in the water-absorbing polymer will be stored cold, and by taking it out in this state and placing it in a case etc., and placing food etc. on top of it, the water-absorbing polymer will be protected from cold air during transportation. This allows transportation to be carried out in good cold storage conditions.

Further, although low density polyethylene is used for the adhesive film 7, a copolymer of low density polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate may be used instead. Furthermore, this adhesive film 7 can also be made of an ionomer resin, and when it is made of an ionomer resin, the ionic crosslinks between long chain molecules are weakened when the ionomer resin is heated and it exhibits thermal fluidity. If the back sheet material 5 side made of the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with metal powder such as aluminum,
The ionomer resin that has flowed down due to the heat forms the backing sheet material 5.
It penetrates into the interior and replaces the metal ions inside, and after cooling, the molecular network structure is fixed by ionic bonds, making it possible to obtain an extremely strong seal portion C. Also, since the ionomer resin can be sealed at low temperatures, heat sealing can be completed at low temperatures.

In this example, the top sheet material 6 and the adhesive film 7 are
Temperature-indicating paints 8, 8.8 are hermetically sealed in appropriate places between them, and the temperature-indicating paints 8 are printed, etc. between the top sheet material 6 and the adhesive film 7 using a method such as dry lamination or extrusion lamination. A metallic oil-based ink can be used as the temperature-indicating paint 8, and since it is sealed, leakage to the outside is completely prevented. These temperature-indicating paints 8, 8.8 cause color changes in the bag space depending on temperature changes inside the bag, and allow the freezing and melting temperatures of the water-absorbing polymer 9 inside the bag space to be easily visible from the outside. It is something. Incidentally, advertising characters or figures can be drawn on the front sheet material 6 using the temperature-indicating paints 8, 8.8, and as the figures change color due to changes in temperature, the advertising effect of the cold insulation sheet 4 can be further enhanced. can be improved.

Note that if perforations or the like are provided in the seal portion C, each bag space K of the cold insulation sheet 4 can be separated individually. Incidentally, when impregnating water into the water-absorbing polymer 9, if a deodorant is impregnated into the water-absorbing polymer 9 at the same time,
It can also effectively remove putrid odors such as trimethylamine and mercaptan.
