(b) Conventional technology In plastering, the method of painting floors and walls using finishing materials such as concrete and mortar involves rough finishing with a trowel, then semi-finishing the painted surface to make it flat with fixed wood, and then finishing with a trowel. Normally, finishing is done with
The above-mentioned fixed tree is standardized to have a board thickness of 12 mm and a width of 36 mm.
It is a long wooden product of arbitrary length, and the worker uses this fixed tree to flatten the painted surface by holding a fixed length of appropriate length in his hand and running it along the painted surface. For example, in floor painting work, as shown in Fig. 1, a worker 1 bends over the painted floor 2, extends his arm forward holding a piece of timber 3, and places the timber 3 on the roughly finished painted surface 4. The worker 1 then transfers the fixed wood 3 to a trowel (not shown) and finishes the painting surface 4 flat by pulling it while holding the fixed wood 3 horizontally in the front direction. Finishing the painted surface.

By the way, in the above-mentioned floor painting work, the fixed tree 3 is 1m.
When this is set up on the painted surface 4 and moved in the thickness direction, the central part of the determined tree will bend in the thickness direction and width direction due to the external force applied to the fixed tree 3, making the painted surface 4 flat. This made finishing difficult and required considerable skill. In addition, the length l of one stroke of holding the cutting tree 3 and pulling it toward you is determined by the length of the arm of the worker 1, but since this length l is short, the area that can be semi-finished in one stroke is small, and furthermore, In order to reduce the above-mentioned deflection, it is necessary to use short ones, which further reduces the area that can be semi-finished in one step, making the workability of floor coating work worse.

(d) Structure of the invention The present invention is a support for removably supporting a fixed tree, which comprises forming a groove in the lower surface of a rod-shaped body into which one side of the fixed tree fits, and the above-mentioned structure in the rod-shaped main body. It is characterized in that it is equipped with a fastening means for temporarily fixing the fixed tree in the groove and a gripping means for manually operating the rod-shaped main body. A screw or the like is used as the fastening means, and a swingable arm extending from the rod-like body is used as the gripping means. Such a tree support reinforces the tree and prevents it from bending, and by manipulating the tree through the support, it is possible to improve workability and expand the working range.

(e) Example In the tree support 5 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, 6 is a substantially square bar-shaped main body, and 7 is a lower surface 6a of the main body 6.
A single groove 8 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the main body 6, and grooves 7 are provided at three locations on the lower front surface 6c of the main body 6.
This is the mounting screw 9 screwed up to the top. Reference numeral 10 denotes a gripping means for manual operation of the main body, which is composed of, for example, swing arms 11 attached to two positions on both sides of the upper surface 6b of the main body 6, and gripping holes 12 formed at the tops of both sides of the front surface 6c and rear surface 6d of the main body 6. Ru. 13 and 14 are two levels installed at the center of the top surface 6b and front surface 6c of the main body 6, the level 13 on the top surface 6b is used to level the main body 6, and the level 14 on the front surface 6c is used for leveling the main body 6. It is used to obtain the verticality of 6.

The main body 6 is made of a relatively lightweight member such as aluminum or wood, and its total length is set to about 60 to 100 cm so that one worker 1 can manually operate it. The width of the groove 7 is set to be about 1 mm larger than the board thickness of the fixed tree 3, which is 12 mm, and the depth is set to about 1/2 of the width of the fixed tree 3, which is 36 mm. One side portion thereof is fitted into the groove 7, and about half the other side portion protrudes from the groove 7. The mounting screw 9 of the fastening means 8 is in the groove 7
The fixed tree 3 fitted in the slot 7 is fixed by being pressed against the inner surface of the groove 7 from a total of three places, and when the mounting screw 9 is loosened, the fixed tree 3 can be easily removed from the groove 7. Gripping means 10
One of the swinging arms 11 has a tip end screwed to the upper surface 6b of the main body 6 so as to be swingable in a direction parallel to the upper surface 6b, and a rear end 11' is bent downward for easy grip.

Figures 6 and 7 show examples of floor coating work. In this case, a fixed tree 3 of a desired length is fitted and fixed in the groove 7 of the main body 6, and the two swing arms 11 are extended rearward from both sides of the main body 6 in almost orthogonal directions, and the worker 1 uses both hands to Grasp the rear end 11' of the swinging arm 11, extend both arms, and place the cutting tree 3 on the painted surface 4 (as shown in FIG. 6).
In this state, the worker 1 checks the levelness using the spirit level 13, and then pulls the whole object toward him to perform semi-finishing on the painted surface 4. The stroke length l' of the fixed tree 3 during this one round of semi-finishing is longer than the conventional stroke length l by the length of the swing arm 11, and therefore the area of one round of semi-finishing becomes larger, further improving work efficiency. improves. In addition, since the cutting tree 3 is fixed and reinforced within the groove 7 of the main body 6, there is almost no bending of the cutting tree 3 during semi-finishing, and the flatness of the semi-finished surface is dependent on the skill level of the worker 1. In addition, by preventing the cutting tree 3 from bending, the cutting tree 3 can be used that is sufficiently longer than the main body 6, and the area for semi-finishing at one time can be further increased. In addition, the level 13 makes it easy to level the intermediate finishing surface, and makes it easy to equalize the angle of inclination when painting a sloped surface such as a bathroom floor. Pull the fixed tree 3 towards you and 1
When the intermediate finishing is completed, as shown in Fig. 7, the swinging arm 11 is pushed outward a little and the rear end of the arm is placed on the painted surface 4, and the integral piece of the fixed tree 3 and the main body 6 is placed on the painted surface 4. It is placed in a slightly tilted state, and then the semi-finished painted surface is finished with a trowel 15. By preventing the fixed tree 3 from falling by the swing arm 11, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of finishing materials such as concrete to the fixed tree 3 and the main body 6, making the work easier.

FIG. 8 shows an example of wall painting work. In this case, the worker 1 holds the main body 6 in his hand with his fingers inserted into the grip holes 12, and presses the fixed wood 3 against the painted wall surface 16 to perform semi-finishing. The vertical setting of the fixed tree 3 is carried out by visual inspection using the spirit level 14. In this case as well, there is no bending of the fixed tree 3, and semi-finishing can be performed satisfactorily and with good workability.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments; for example, the arm of the gripping means may be of a fixed type, or may have a sliding arm structure whose length can be adjusted in multiple stages. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, it is also possible to process the lower edge portion 6e of the rear surface 6d of the main body 6 into a tapered or rounded shape to prevent clogging of the coating material.

(f) Effects of the invention As described above, the tree support of the present invention reinforces the tree to prevent it from bending, and also expands the range of manual operation of the tree, so semi-finishing work on painted surfaces can always be done smoothly. Moreover, it can be done efficiently and is of great benefit to plasterers. In addition, fixed trees were used to be discarded after being used one to three times because they became dirty, but by using the support device of this invention, stains and deformation of the fixed trees can be greatly suppressed, extending the life of the fixed trees. Furthermore, even if the fixed tree is slightly deformed, by fastening it to the support, the deformation is eliminated and the fixed tree can be reused, making it possible to use the fixed tree effectively and being advantageous in terms of cost.
