(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a stacked heat treatment jig, a support 21 is set up on a tray 20, as shown in FIG.
A collar type one in which a bottom plate 23 is attached in multiple stages to the support 21 with a height adjustment collar 22a between them, and a basket 24 is placed on the bottom plate 23;
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, a beam 26 integrally provided with a support 25 is attached to the support 21 with the collar 22b in between, and the upper part of the support 21 is connected with a reinforcing member 27, so that the beam 26 is mounted on the support 25. Bottom plate 23
A beam type on which a container and a basket 24 are placed is generally used.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the above conventional heat treatment jig,
When replacing the collars 22a and 22b due to burnout or damage, if they are located on the bottom side, they must be removed from the top, resulting in extremely poor maintainability. In addition, the bottom plate 23 is used by appropriately inverting it in order to correct its warpage.
In particular, collar-type heat treatment jigs require the same troublesome procedures as in the case of replacing parts.

In addition, especially in beam type heat treatment jigs,
Since the bottom plate 23 is received inside each beam 26, an inward falling force is applied to each beam 26. Moreover, the beam 26 is divided into pieces and there are many seams in the jig height direction, so the support 21 There was a problem that bending easily occurred.

Furthermore, after the heat treatment is finished, the heat treatment jig is generally transferred to the cleaning process and used as a cleaning jig; It is difficult for the cleaning liquid to enter the gap between the two and the heat treatment coolant remains, and this gasifies during the next heat treatment, causing a deterioration of the atmosphere in the furnace.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a heat treatment jig that has excellent maintainability, has a long life, and does not adversely affect the atmosphere inside the furnace.

(Means for solving the problem) For this reason, a beam having a plurality of holes in the side wall is fitted to a support that is erected on the tray, and support stands are attached to the beam in at least two stages, upper and lower. A heat treatment jig was formed by attaching the base plate to the base plate and placing the bottom plate on the support base.

(Function) In the heat treatment jig having the above structure, by providing a plurality of supports on one beam, a collar can be omitted, making assembly and disassembly easier, and furthermore, it is possible to reduce seams as much as possible. Further, during cleaning, cleaning liquid can freely flow into and out of the beam through the holes.

FIG. 1 shows the appearance of a heat treatment jig according to the present invention. Components that are the same as those shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their explanations will be omitted. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a hollow beam having a plurality of holes 2 formed in its side wall, and is fitted and attached to each support column 21 in two stages. Also, for those located on one side of the tray 20 of beam 1,
Support stands 3 supporting the bottom plates 23 are bridged and fixed. The support stands 3 are arranged in two stages, upper and lower, with a predetermined interval for each beam 1, and when the beams 1 are stacked in two stages, there is a gap between the supports 3 and the support bases 3 provided on the other beam. They maintain a predetermined distance from each other. In other words, the support tables 3 are arranged in multiple stages (multiple stages of the number of beams 1) at predetermined intervals above and below, and a bottom plate 23 is placed on each of them.
4 will now be placed. Note that a reinforcing member 27 is appropriately bridged over the upper end of the support column 21 to prevent the entire jig from loosening.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the beam 1 consists of a hollow body 4 with a semicircular cross section, and a flat part 4a and a curved part 4 forming side walls of the body 4.
Rectangular holes 2, 2, . . . are bored in the holes b. Further, the support base 3 is, for example, integrally molded (cast) with the main body 4, and has stopper portions 3a provided at both ends thereof to restrict the slippage of the bottom plate 23.

However, in this heat treatment jig, there is only one joint between the beam 1 and the support column 21, and each beam 1 is provided with two support stands 3 at the top and bottom. Since no unstable force is applied to the support column 21, bending of the support column 21 is prevented. Also, during cleaning, the beam 1 is connected to the hole 2.
Cleaning liquid enters and exits the chamber, allowing efficient removal of heat treatment coolant.

In addition, in the above embodiment, beam 1 has upper and
Although the support stands 3 are attached to the lower two stages, the present invention is not limited to this, and the support stands 3 may be attached at more stages. In addition, the beam 1 fitted to the support column 21 is
The installation is not limited to the lower two stages, but may be installed in more stages. Furthermore, the beam 1 is not limited to a semicircular cross-section, but may have another cross-sectional shape such as a circular cross-section.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above in detail, the heat treatment jig according to the invention has a beam having a plurality of holes with support stands attached to at least two stages, the upper and lower stages. , the number of parts is reduced, such as the ability to omit the collar,
Assembly and disassembly have become easier, and maintainability has been significantly improved.
