来の光輝シートの断面図である。符号１は装飾帯
、２は光輝テープ、３は基板シート、５は接着剤
、６はポリエステルテープ、７，８は金属又は印
刷層、９はエチレン・コ・ポリマー樹脂シート、
１０は接着剤、１１はアイオノマー樹脂膜、１２
は塩化ビニールシートである。
面図、第３図は光輝テープの断面図、第４図は従
来の光輝シートの断面図である。符号１は装飾帯
、２は光輝テープ、３は基板シート、５は接着剤
、６はポリエステルテープ、７，８は金属又は印
刷層、９はエチレン・コ・ポリマー樹脂シート、
１０は接着剤、１１はアイオノマー樹脂膜、１２
は塩化ビニールシートである。
Claims (1)
- 表面にアイオノマー樹脂膜を有する光輝テープ
と光輝テープの一部を残して被着する基板シート
からなる車輌用合成樹脂製装飾帯において、前記
光輝テープには、中央にポリエステルテープ６を
設け、該ポリエステルテープ６の上下に金属層又
は印刷層７，８を施し、上部の該金属層又は印刷
層７の上面には、エチレン・コ・ポリマー樹脂シ
ート９を介在して該アイオノマー樹脂膜１１を重
合し、且つ下部の該金属層又は印刷層８の下面に
は、接着剤１０を介して塩化ビニールシート１２
を重合接着し、前記光輝テープの一部をウレタン
系の接着剤５，５を介在して該基板シート３と一
体成型した事を特徴とする車輌用合成樹脂製装飾
帯。
