１２：成形用金型（雄型）、１３：スペーサー、
１４：フレーム。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂発泡粒子をフレームにより支持された
成形用金型内に充填して、スチーム加熱すること
により該発泡粒子同志を熱融着させて型物発泡体
を成形するための樹脂発泡体成形用金型において
、前記フレームにスペーサーを熱伸縮自在に固着
させると共に、該スペーサーに成形用金型を固着
させたことを特徴とする樹脂成形用金型。 (2) スペーサーとフレームの材質は異なり、か
つ、スペーサーの材質を成形用金型の材質と同じ
にして形成した請求項１に記載の樹脂成形用金型
。
