Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve cooling properties of apparatus by providing the radiation plate of a rectifier with a raised part and by causing a cooling wind passing through said raised part to flow to a rectifying device lead. CONSTITUTION:When a generator is driven, a cooling wind 6 is sucked from the inlet port of a rear bracket 8 by a fan 7, passes through the outer and inner peripheries of a rectifier radiation plate 1 and a raised part 2 provided in said radiation plate 1 and flows to the front bracket 9. In this case, said raised part 2 is opened in the vicinity of the device lead 4 of said rectifier and on said lead 4 side. Also, said lead 4 is positioned on the downstream side of the cooling wind 6 relative to the radiation plate 1. As a result, said cooling wind 6a having passed through said raised part 2 flows through the lead 4 part to cool the latter.

整流装置の放熱板に設けた切り起こしは整流素子の近傍

子は放熱板に対し、冷却風の下流側にある。このため冷
却風の一部は該切り起こしを抜は該整流素子のリード部
へ達する。これによって該リード部を冷却することがで
きる。また切り起こしの開口面を山形とすることにより
、切り起こしを抜ける冷却風を近傍のリード部へ集中さ
せることができ、冷却性能が向上する。

する冷却風の流れに対してほぼ垂直に取付けられた放熱
板と、この放熱板に対し上記冷却風の下流に当る面に配
設された複数の整流素子及び該整流素子を接続するため
のリードを有する整流装置において、上記放熱板に対し
、整流素子の近傍に、該整流素子側に山形の開口面を持
つ切り起こしを1個以上設け、その開口面を前記整流子
リードへ対向させたことを特徴とする自動車用交流発電
機の整流装置。
