Abstract

れる。また、人工培地原料は高温に加熱された管状軸を
有するスクリュ式撹拌機によって内部から加熱されると
共に撹拌される。よって、人工培地原料は、高温、高圧
下、短時間でむらなく殺菌される。また、熱処理中の工
程中にきのこ閑の発芽に有害なフェノール類、テルペン
類も気化し除去される。人工培地原料は処理後圧力を降
下させることによって、著しく短時間で製品が得られる
。製造の途中に袋や瓶等の容器を用いないので、釜室は
相対的に小さい容積で済む。
