連結部3を操作軸4の一端に設け、手動回転操作
部5を前記操作軸4の他端に設けてある弁の操作
ハンドルであつて、前記操作軸4の回転数を検出
する回転数検出部6と、前記回転数検出部6から
の検出結果に基づいて前記弁2の開度を表示する
表示部7とを設けてある弁開度検出装置8を、前
記操作軸4に相対回転自在に設け、前記操作軸4
との共回りを阻止する固定部9を、前記弁開度検
出装置8に設けてある弁の操作ハンドル。 A connecting portion 3 that can be attached and detached from the rotating shaft 1 for opening and closing the valve body of the valve 2 is provided at one end of the operating shaft 4, and a manual rotation operating portion 5 is provided at the other end of the operating shaft 4.
