側から地表側に向つて徐々に断面形状が大きくな
るテーパ状底面を有する固定溝を凹設した土留パ
ネルを、上下或いは左右に連続して並べ、隣り合
うパネルの固定溝によつて孔状固定部を形成し、
この孔状固定部内に地山に埋設したアンカーの端
部を位置させてセメント又は樹脂系硬化材を埋め
込んで土留パネルをアンカーに固定したことを特
