    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液透過性の表面シートと液不透過性裏面シート
    との間に液吸収層を有し、且つ、後身頃上縁部又
    は後身頃上縁部と前身頃上縁部に弾性部材を設け
    、且つ、股下両縁部にも弾性部材を設けた使い捨
    てパンツ型おむつにおいて、相対する後身頃側縁
    部と前身頃側縁部の片側の一部を固着すると共に
    、後身頃上縁両端部又は前身頃上縁両端部に圧着
    テープを設けてなる使い捨てパンツ型おむつ。
