(Prior art) Recently, as the quality of raw wood has deteriorated, the quality of the veneer cut by veneer lace as the core board of plywood has also deteriorated. Since the heart is often damaged, it is now often cut into half veneers. When stacking half-cut veneers that have been cut and transported at high speed onto a pile, the conventional method has been to arrange a sticking or suction conveyor following the clipper, and use the area below these as a pile. When a half-cut veneer suspended and conveyed by a sticking or suction conveyor is dropped downward, a bar-shaped body that moves up and down, a bar-shaped body that is inclined so as to cross the suspended conveyance path, or an endless conveyor is used. It is being

(Problem to be solved) However, in the case of the former type of bar-shaped body that moves up and down, it is necessary to increase the dropping speed, and there are disadvantages such as damage to the veneer due to impact. In the case of a bar-shaped body or an endless conveyor, although the impact of detachment is small, the falling position is not stable and the frictional resistance between the veneers is large, so there is a problem that the pile is often misaligned. Furthermore, it is necessary to use a base plate on which the half-cut veneers are piled up in one pile, and this base plate has a problem in that the workability of transporting by a forklift is poor.

(Means and effects for solving the problem) This device was developed to solve the above problem, and is designed so that a feeding force in the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor acts below the pricking conveyor. It is formed by rollers that are somewhat inclined with respect to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor, and the roller conveyor is arranged in a direction roughly perpendicular to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor, and the stacking position is provided at the end of the roller conveyor. Therefore, when the half-cut veneer is released from the sticking conveyor and is received by the roller conveyor, the frictional resistance between the half-cut veneer and the rotating roller is small.
Therefore, the half-cut veneer can slide freely and be placed on the roller conveyor without any trouble, and its posture can be corrected during conveyance, so that it can be stacked neatly on the pile pile. In addition, the configuration in which the rollers at the falling position are tilted can apply a braking effect to the placed veneer in the opposite direction to the advancing direction, stabilizing the falling position and regulating the position of the edge. Edge-to-edge deposition can be achieved. In addition, a single-core base plate is used as the base plate on which half-cut veneers are deposited, and the base plate is moved to deposit two piles on the base plate, which is commonly used in other manufacturing processes in the plywood industry. It is possible to commonly use the existing single-core base plate, and there is no need to specially manufacture a new base plate for stacking half-cut veneers, which is advantageous in terms of base plate management. Furthermore, when transporting piles using a forklift, the size of the half-cut veneer pile base plate, which is approximately half the size of a single core base plate, requires the forklift's fork lift to match the size of the base plate. It is necessary to change the position each time it is transported, and then to change it back to its normal position after transport is complete.
In order to transport the same number of piles, twice the number of transports is required, but in the configuration of the present invention, the above-mentioned drawbacks are solved and workability can be improved. Also,
The dryer used in the next drying process is generally designed and constructed with a width that allows two pieces of plywood with a specified length to be inserted at the same time, and the dryer is designed and constructed with a width that allows for the insertion of two veneers of specified length at the same time. The surrounding facilities have also adapted to the dimensions of the base plate for a single core, which is the specified size, and the half-cut veneer is used as a single core as in the configuration of the present application.
By depositing two piles on the base plate for single cores, it is possible to supply piles suitable for the drying process without requiring modification of surrounding facilities as described above.

(Embodiment) To explain this invention with an embodiment shown in the drawings, a conveyor 1 is connected to a veneer lace veneer cutting line, conveys the veneer A at high speed in a direction perpendicular to its fibers, and rotates the veneer A for example. Clipper 2 of formula etc.
It is to be sent to The veneer detector 3 detects the boundary line between the defective part and the valid part of the veneer A, and also integrates the length of the veneer A that passes through it. It sends a detection signal when the size of the veneer of length 2) is reached, and each detection signal is transmitted to the operating mechanism 5 of the clipper 2 via a timer 4, and the detected position is transmitted to the clipper 2. It twists and gets cut. Defective veneers cut and separated by the clipper 2 are removed from the conveyance path from the end of the clipper conveyor 6, and sized veneers with end lengths that are less than the size of the half-cut veneer B are removed from the clipper conveyor 6. It is removed from the end portion out of the conveyance path, or is pricked and transported by a pricking conveyor, which will be described later, and deposited at an appropriate position.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, this invention provides a detachment means at an appropriate position of a pricking conveyor which is made up of a pricking endless belt that suspends and conveys the front end, middle or rear end of a half-cut veneer, respectively. The separator is provided at a slight angle with respect to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor so that a feeding force in the opposite direction to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor acts below the detachment means, and is approximately perpendicular to the conveying direction of the pricking conveyor. It is equipped with a roller conveyor that conveys the half-cut veneer in the direction of its fibers, and the end of the roller conveyor is the stacking position, so the transfer from the pricking conveyor to the roller conveyor is smooth, stable, and accurate. The roller conveyor corrects the posture and allows the stacking of half-cut veneers to form a good stack with even edges. Also, the half-cut veneer can be stacked at the end of the roller conveyor away from directly under the stab conveyor. Also, since the structure is equipped with a means for moving the bed plate at the end, it is possible to deposit two piles using a bed plate that can deposit two piles, improving the workability of transporting the pile piles. It has various effects such as being able to form a pile suitable for the next process, and makes a great contribution to the plywood industry.
