Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the formation of indoor condensation by providing an air-impermeable, moisture-permeable layer on the upper surface of ceiling having air vents, and laying an air-permeable heat insulating material on the upper surface of the moisture-permeable layer. CONSTITUTION: An air-impermeable, moisture-permeable layer made of a moisture-permeable film 3 or the like is provided on the upper surface of ceiling 1 having air vents 2 in the whole or a part of its surface, and an air-permeable heat insulating material 4 is laid on the upper surface of the moisture-permeable layer. Thus, since moisture in a living room 5 migrates toward low-moisture air in attic space 6, the formation of indoor condensation can be prevented, and since no air circulates, heat insulating performance and airtight performance are not impaired.

Conventional Technology The airtightness of today's houses has been greatly improved, and especially in cold regions, highly insulated and highly airtight structures are being developed. On the other hand, in such cold regions, it is common practice to dry laundry indoors, and therefore indoor condensation has become a major problem as a negative effect of the above-mentioned high insulation and high airtightness.

This problem not only impairs the durability of buildings due to condensation, but also directly and indirectly causes deterioration of the living environment, such as the growth of mold and dust mites in buildings, and the effects on the human body in high humidity environments of 100%. The current situation is that Conventionally,
As a countermeasure to this problem, ventilation fans that provide ventilation (dehumidification) while minimizing energy loss have been devised and have been successful.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the above-mentioned ventilation fans have problems such as initial cost, installation space, noise, and running costs, and they are generally installed only in living rooms, making it difficult to dehumidify the entire room. The reality is that this is not the case.

In view of this situation, the present invention provides an indoor humidity evacuation device that can eliminate indoor condensation by simply changing the structure of the ceiling portion.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, in this invention, a moisture-permeable film (3) or the like is installed on the upper surface of the ceiling (1), which is provided with a ventilation section (2) on the entire surface or a part of the ceiling (1). It is characterized by providing a non-breathable moisture permeable layer, and further providing a breathable heat insulating layer (4) on the upper surface of the i3 moisture layer.

Therefore, in the above configuration, the humidity on the living room (5) side is naturally higher than the humidity on the back side of the cabin, and therefore, the respective water vapor partial pressures P!・P2 becomes PI > P2, and due to this difference in water vapor partial pressure, the humidity (water vapor) in the living room moves toward the low-humidity air side of the attic, and as a result, the humidity in the living room (5) moves toward the low-humidity air side of the attic. It is discharged to the back (6) side. At this time, there is no air flow between the attic (6) and the living room (5), and energy loss due to water vapor discharge is
It is only the energy possessed by the emitted water vapor.

The method for disposing of the water vapor discharged to the attic (6) side is arbitrary. For example, as shown in Figure 2, by providing sufficient natural or forced ventilation, the water vapor can be disposed of through the ventilation opening (7) along with this ventilation. There are methods such as discharging it outside. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a ceiling plate (1) with many ventilation holes (2) is used to provide ventilation to the i3 wet film (3) side, but this is not possible using other means. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the gap between the ceiling panels (1) (1) may be used as a ventilation hole.

Effects of the Invention According to the above configuration of the present invention, moisture is discharged due to the difference in water vapor partial pressure between the living room and the attic, which not only solves the problem of indoor condensation, but also improves insulation since there is no air circulation. It does not impair performance or airtightness, and does not waste energy due to heating, etc.
Because it does not require a power source like those that use ventilation fans,
In addition to requiring no running costs, the structure requires only a moisture-permeable film placed on the top surface of the permeable ceiling and a heat insulating material placed on top of it, so the initial cost for equipment is reduced compared to using the above-mentioned ventilation fan. It is significantly cheaper than the conventional method, and there is no problem of securing installation space. Furthermore, since it is noiseless (equipment costs are low and the structure is simple), it is possible to dehumidify not only one living room but the entire room.
