Claims (1)
- 一対のサイリスタを逆並列接続した主サイリス
タに対して、該主サイリスタの両端に補助サイリ
スタと逆並列のダイオードと転流リアクトルと転
流コンデンサの直列回路を有し、転流リアクトル
と補助サイリスタの接続点と電源ライン間に転流
コンデンサの充電用抵抗とダイオードの直列回路
を有する転流回路を備えた交流サイリスタスイツ
チにおいて、前記抵抗に電源の半波整流電流が一
定レベル以上かつ一定時間以上継続したことで前
記転流回路の故障検出信号を得る故障検出回路を
備えたことを特徴とする交流サイリスタスイツチ
。
