Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, by a method wherein 3-phase integrated insulating supports are employed for a fixed frame for receiving a breaker while the insulating supports are provided with terminal penetrating holes and, further, with insulating corrugations for securing insulations between phases and between the supports and earth. CONSTITUTION:A fixed frame is constituted of an integrated part, in which a rail 1b is welded to a bottom plate 1a, side plates 1c, fixed to the rail 1b through bolts, an integrated 3-phase insulating support 7, fixed to the side plates 1c through bolts, and terminals 3, 4, penetrated through the insulating support 7 and capable of being fixed to the insulating support 7 through bolts. The beam 7c of the insulating support 7 is constituted of a H-beam provided with insulating corrugations 7d for increasing the creeping distance of the support 7 between phases and between the support 7 and earth. The central rib 7e of the beam 7c is provided with holes 7f as well as the penetrating holes 7b of main circuit terminals 3, 4. According to this method, the insulating creeping distance may be secured sufficiently and highly reliable insulation may be obtained for a long period of time, therefore, the size and weight of the insulating support may be reduced and the manufacturing cost of the same may be inexpensive.

The insulating support according to the present invention can ensure sufficient insulation between phases and ground due to the H shape of the beam, the insulating folds, and the holes provided between the insulating folds, and can be made compact. Furthermore, since the recesses between the insulation pleats are provided with through holes, reliable insulation can be achieved for a long period of time without water droplets accumulating even under adverse installation conditions. The H-shape of the beam and the through-holes in the folds reduce the amount of material used, resulting in weight and cost reductions.

This insulation support (71K) requires reliable insulation between earth and phases, and also requires insertion force when inserting the circuit breaker (5), vibration during opening/closing operation of the circuit breaker, and strong electromagnetic force when short-circuit current is applied. It requires sufficient strength to withstand force. For this reason, the shape of the insulating support (7) was designed as shown in Figures 3 to 9J4.Basically, the beam (7C) of the insulating support (7) ) was made into an H shape as shown in the cross-sectional view of Figure 4!J4 to ensure mechanical strength, and the recess in the center of the H shape works effectively for the insulation creepage distance between the ground and the ground. The main circuit terminals were arranged in a position where the insulation distance could be long. Therefore, as shown in Figure 4, the insulation creepage distance is determined by the insulation creepage distance from fire to ground: EL or from the insulation creepage distance to phase: PL, respectively. You can keep a sufficient distance from

However, when using the insulating support in the direction shown in Figure 5, the H-shaped cross-section of the beam (7c) faces sideways and the central bone (7e

In the above embodiment, a main circuit terminal penetration hole (7b) was provided and the main circuit terminal +31 (41 is a pole) (8b) was used to fix the main circuit terminal to the insulating support (7).

In addition, although the above embodiment shows an example in which the application is applied to a housing frame of a circuit breaker, the application is not limited to this. As described above, according to the present invention, since the insulation support beam is H-shaped, a sufficient insulation creepage distance is ensured by the combination of the insulation folds and the holes provided between the insulation folds, resulting in high reliability over a long period of time. Since insulation can be obtained, the insulation support can be made smaller and lighter, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
